THAT SOVIETS BLACKMAILED N.Y. TIMES REPORTER
BRUSSELS, May 24 /PRNewswire/ -- New York Times Pulitzer Prize winning correspondent Walter Duranty did not report about the seven to ten million deaths during the Soviet-engineered famine in Ukraine in 1932 because it is believed that he was being blackmailed by Soviet authorities, international historian Robert Conquest testified to the World Congress of Free Ukrainians here today.
