The Supreme Court of Louisiana has issued its decision in the Duncan v. Kansas City Southern (KCSR) lawsuit, which affirmed a lower court finding of liability against the railroad.

This decision was announced after KCSI, the holding company for KCSR and other transportation-related investments, reported its third-quarter earnings.
