Nov. 16--CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa--Grinnell College anthropology student Ben Lebinski of New York sat on the cold concrete outside the Cedar Rapids Staples office supply store Wednesday morning, his arm locked to a companion through a plastic pipe.
