In previous studies, we have demonstrated that application of high hydrostatic pressure (P) to tumor cells in the presence of a slow-reacting membrane-impermeable cross-linker (CL), 2'-3'-adenosine dialdehyde, can rearrange cell surface proteins into immunogenic clusters.
