NORFOLK, Va., May 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Norfolk and Western Railway Company has filed a petition with the Interstate Commerce Commission to buy CMC Real Estate Corporation's 50 percent interest in the Des Moines Union Railway Company and a related petition to acquire two nearby branch lines.
Norfolk and Western Railway, a subsidiary of Norfolk Southern Corporation (NYSE: NSC) owns the other 50 percent of the DMU and has ...
