HOW often do you wake in the morning without having had a good night's sleep? Then the day is spent blurry-eyed, with a lack of concentration, headaches, lassitude and a general desire to creep back under the covers as soon as possible.
Sleeplessness is on the increase and the reason is the lifestyle we lead. Too much stress, rushing around all the time and not taking time to wind down, takes its toll and then we are surprised that when our heads hit the pillows we cannot sleep.
