TOP SEED Spanish Alicia Ortuno won the singles title over No. 2 Korea Chae Kyung-Yee, 5-3, 40, 4-2 yesterday in the US$10,000 Union Cement International Tennis Federation-Philippine Women's Futures Week 2 at the Rizal Memorial Tennis Center.
The world's No. 297 Ortuno, who won her first title this year, received US$1,600 in cash and five WTA (Women's Tennis Association) points.
