The Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant Group, Inc., now based in Chattanooga, TN, has entered into a 14 unit licensing arrangement with Fusion ITM, Inc. for expansion into the Canadian territory Ontario and eastward. Canadian development of the upscale casual brewery restaurants will occur over a five-year period, the company said, with the first location expected to open in late spring 2001.
