KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 24 Asia Pulse - MBf Card Sevices Sdn Bhd says it has no connection with MBf Card Sdn Bhd, which has been placed under members' voluntary winding up by MBf Holdings Bhd (KLSE:MBHS).
Its parent company, MBf Holdings, said this week that MBf Centre of Excellence Sdn Bhd would be placed under creditor voluntary winding up.
MBf Holdings had explained that the winding-up exercise was essential for the group to de-consolidate all non-operational companies, including dormant and non-profit generating companies.
