Nov. 24--CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa--The Roosevelt building in downtown Cedar Rapids is getting another restaurant, but this one's going after the lunch crowd.

A new Quizno's Classic Subs restaurant will open Monday on the first floor of the historic Roosevelt building, 200 First Ave. NE.

It will be Quizno's first downtown Cedar Rapids restaurant and have more seating than any Quizno's location in Cedar Rapids, according to franchisees Brian Winders and Joe Logan of J & B Investments.

The 88-seat Quizno's restaurant will have the same stigma as many downtown restaurants -- no off-street parking. But it will also have one of the unique downtown ...
