AN investigation was under way today into a train derailment which injured four people in Scotland.
The front four carriages of a Virgin train with around 400 passengers left the track at Mossend South Junction, seven miles south of Glasgow, last night.
Railtrack said the stretch of track was not under any of the speed restrictions imposed after last month's Hatfield crash, or undergoing emergency repairs, and said the train was travelling at a slow speed.
