Maybe the Green Bay Packers can learn something from the New York Jets. The Jets, who beat the Chicago Bears, 17-10, Sunday, forced running back James Allen to fumble three times. He lost all three. They were the first three fumbles of Allen's three-year NFL career.
The Packers play the Bears at Soldier Field Sunday night.
``The kid is hurting right now,'' defensive tackle Bryan Robinson said. ``He's hurting.''
It didn't matter that he had become the first Bear to rush for 100 yards (122 in 25 carries) since December 1998 when he gained 163 yards against the Baltimore Ravens in his first NFL start. Answers eluded him.
