CAIRNS, Nov 29 Asia Pulse - The World Heritage Committee has decided to accept claims that the Jabiluka uranium mine will do little damage to the World Heritage values of Australia's Kakadu National Park.
The Wilderness Society pointed out that the decision contradicted the committee's expert advisory body policy of opposing mining in World Heritage areas.
