MSX International recently announced it has acquired Australian-based Radial Pacific Pty., Ltd., developer of the aXcess 2 hybrid electric vehicle (HEV).
"The Radial acquisition significantly strengthens MSX International's strategic expansion in Australia and supports the development of the company's global collaborative engineering work," said MSX International vice chairman and CEO Thomas Stallkamp. "The combination of Radial's capabilities with MSX International's enhances our global engineering services and will enable us to strengthen our collaborative engineering technologies."
