Wild Oats, (OATS: Nasdaq) $39.63, up $2.25.
If Boulder-based Wild Oats Markets' growth is any indicator, Americans are developing boundless appetites for wheat grass juice and organic chickens.
Almost by default, Wild Oats expansion plans this year have nearly tripled. Its revenues are on track to grow by 50 percent or about $200 million, and its stock price hit a 52-week high Thursday, reaching $40.63 before closing at $39.63.
