HOLLYWOOD -- Somehow, this glittering TV capital doesn't seem a logical setting for a competitive programming battle over religious drama.
Still, CBS and NBC are involved in what some consider a game of one-upmanship over dramatic productions about Jesus.
CBS announced last spring it will air Jesus, a miniseries, next May.
Now comes NBC with an announcement about its own project, Mary & Jesus, which led one critic to note: ``We're a little disappointed we didn't get Jesus, Mary and Joseph from ABC.''
