It's hard to imagine this is the last ``Unreal Worlds'' column of the 1900s. During 1999, ``best of the century'' lists have been all but ubiquitous. This is a bandwagon I couldn't resist: I had to jump on. But my list is a little different from the rest.
Here is the way I did it. I imagined that a gigantic crate arrived on my doorstep. Each unreal writer of the 20th century was represented in that crate by one new book.
