Dwight Johnson Announces Retirement; Homi Shamir Named as New President

HERZLIA, Israel, Nov. 16 /PRNewswire/ --

Scitex Corporation Ltd. (Nasdaq: SCIX) today announced that Dwight Johnson, Executive Vice President of Scitex Corporation Ltd. and President and Chief Executive Officer of Dayton, Ohio-based Scitex Digital Printing, Inc. (SDP), has announced his retirement. Named to replace Mr. Johnson as President and Chief Executive Officer of SDP is Nachum (Homi) Shamir, SDP's Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Shamir will assume his new role on January 6, 2001. Mr. Johnson will continue on as a consultant until June 30, 2001.
