MCCONNELLSBURG, Pa., Nov. 20 /PRNewswire/ --
JLG Industries, Inc. (NYSE: JLG) today announced the completion of another record fiscal first quarter ended October 31, 2000 with sales of $233 million and diluted earnings per share of $.30 compared to the prior year period of $218 million and $.29 respectively. Compared to last year, sales increased 7 percent, led by strong North American aerial work platform shipments offset in part by lower international volume resulting from the strong U.S. dollar.
