Office buildings along the southeast corridor and new luxury apartment complexes are at the top of the market, and it is time to sell them.
That's the unanimous vote of 24 top commercial real estate experts recently surveyed.
And 67 percent of the experts, all members of the nonprofit Counselors of Real Estate organization, believe the northeast industrial corridor is about to soften because of overbuilding, and it's time to sell those properties, too.
As far as downtown office buildings, the experts were divided among selling, buying and holding.
