Cherry Creek shopping center has received a $25,000 matching grant from the Colorado International Marketing Organization to lure more Mexican tourists to Denver.
Mall officials plan to use the money to promote its Hats Off to Denver Package, which encourages tourists to shop, visit cultural attractions and take sightseeing tours while in Denver.
Visitors who sign up for the package stay at either the Embassy Suites downtown or the Loews Giorgio Hotel and receive one free ticket to the Denver Museum of Natural History, the Denver Art Museum and the Denver Botanic Gardens. They also get a passport book, ...
