A hush fell over the room as chef Shellie Kark turned up the heat and began to stir.
Nothing like a potful of warm chocolate sauce to awe a roomful of women into reverential silence.
Fondue is back and it's big - Tattered Cover bookstore reportedly sold out of fondue cookbooks over the holidays. ``I think everyone must have gotten a fondue pot for Christmas,'' says Kark, 32, who led a recent fondue class at The Seasoned Chef, a Denver cooking school.
