We receive many requests for recipes from Racines restaurant, 850 Bannock St., Denver. This one came by e-mail. If you use a bottled marinara sauce, the baked ziti would make an easy dinner.
RACINES BAKED ZITI
12 ounces ziti or penne pasta (uncooked)
4 tablespoons olive oil
16 fluid ounces marinara sauce
4 ounces Chevre cheese (crumbled)
