Senator Nick Minchin, Minister for Industry Science and Resources, welcomed the announcement today by Woodside and Phillips Petroleum of their in-principal agreement to pursue cooperative development of their Timor Sea gas resources.
"The agreement is a major step forward to unlock the significant gas resources of the Timor Sea," Senator Minchin said.
