The US Commission on National Security/2lst Century, chaired by former US Senators Gary Hart and Warren Rudman, is scheduled to release its final report in February 2001, yet another in a series of reviews of service roles and missions. [1] Also known as the Hart-Rudman Commission, this is the most recent in a decade-long series of review efforts.
