In the past few years, simulation software has begun to incorporate the kind of enhancements available in other general business applications. These enhancements have made it possible for users to create models with extended capabilities; although, until recently, few projects have used more than a small subset of these enhancements. This case study describes a set of models that have evolved to incorporate most of these.
