Vows small faction won't take over Republican Party
When Martha Kreutz decided to run for Congress, no one in her family was surprised.
But the reactions were mixed.
Daughter Sara, a retirement plan manager, didn't want to stand on a street corner with a sign urging people to vote for her mom and not for Denver Broncos quarterback John Elway.
Elway was a rumored candidate for the 6th Congressional District, but decided to spend another year at quarterback instead.
