No, the new men's basketball coach at Colorado State isn't a sleepwalker. But Ritchie McKay has been putting in some long hours since leaving Portland State last week for his new job in Fort Collins.
``Let's say my average time of sleep per night is around four to five hours,'' McKay said hurriedly between meetings Thursday. ``Between hiring a staff, home visits . . . my days are going to be busy.
``The timing might be a little inconven-ient, but it's been exciting.''
McKay still has unfinished business in Portland but said he already has taken to the surroundings of Fort Collins. ...
