The Arapahoe County commissioners are planing a third administration building on 18 acres near Centennial Airport.
The building would put county services closer to Arapahoe's growth area while easing crowded conditions in the administration building in Littleton, commissioners said.
The board is expected Tuesday to OK a contract to purchase a $1.1 million tract on Broncos Parkway in the Dove Valley Business Park. The site abuts the county's Justice Center complex on the north and Denver Broncos headquarters on the east.
