GLOBAL ECONOMIC PROGRESS HINGES ON HUMAN RIGHTS

IMPROVEMENTS, LABOR SECRETARY MCLAUGHLIN ASSERTS

GENEVA, June 15 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. Secretary of Labor Ann McLaughlin today asserted here that a "flagrant disregard" for human rights "continues to exist in many parts of the world."
