Industrie Natuzzi S.p.A. (NYSE:NTZ) (`Natuzzi' or `the Company') today announced an agreement with two Chinese partners with five years of experience in leather upholstery production in China. Under the terms of the agreement, Natuzzi and its new partners are incorporating Italsofa (Shanghai) Ltd., a new company established in the People's Republic of China, that will manufacture Natuzzi's new promotional line of sofas, Italsofa(TM), for the North American and Asian markets.
