State-owned house developer Perumnas has succeeded in building 16,843 units of low cost houses so far in 2000 including 11,657 units ready for occupation and 5,1186 units in the finishing stage.

The 11,656 units include 7,628 units of very small houses (RSS), 3,165 units of small houses (RS) and 864 units of cheap apartment. The ones in the finishing stage include 3,465 units of RSS and 1,721 units of RS.
