Jiangsu Nanfeng Glauber Salt Co., Ltd., a sino-foreign joint venture, also a largest-scaled Glauber Salt production enterprise in Asia-pacific region, went on stream recently. The company was planning to construct a new project which would produce 200 thousand tons of highly pure Glauber Salt in the near future with a production capacity of 600 000 t/a in the next 2 years, taking the second place in the world, the first place in the AsiaPacific region in production output.
