An Air Littoral aircraft operating from Paris' Charles de Gaulle airport to Clermont-Ferrand in central France was searched on 4 December after a potential bomb threat was found on board.
Suspicions of a bombing attempt arose when a piece of paper was found on board the aircraft with the letters 'ETA' and a drawing of a bomb on it.
