CASTLE ROCK -- A Douglas County district judge on Monday gave James Garner permission to attend the memorial service for three family members he's accused of killing.
Garner, 38, of Lone Tree, was arrested late Friday on three counts of first-degree murder in the shooting deaths of his wife, Lisa, and her parents, David and Mary Ann Hanschu.
On Monday, Garner, wearing a jail-issued red T-shirt and pants, waived formal advisement of the charges against him and will formally be charged on Thursday. He is being held without bail.
