Boston Chicken Inc.'s new CEO J. Michael Jenkins had a lot of explaining to do last week.
The company's stock closed below $3 per share after shocking the market with earnings far more disappointing than anyone had expected.
``My 12-year-old is a shareholder, too,'' said Jenkins who took the reins of the struggling company earlier this month. ``He said, `Dad, we need to have a serious talk when we get home.' ''
