* ELIZABETH ROSE ABERNATHY, 66, of Fayetteville, N.C., died June 15. Services were June 18. Mrs. Abernathy was born Elizabeth Rose Franklin in Jackson County, Mo., on Feb. 10, 1932. She married Andrew Abernathy. She was a member of Fayetteville Community Church. Survivors include her husband; daughter Linda of Fayetteville; son Gerald of Denver; sisters Mae Dawson of Alaska, Carolyn Troyon of Washington; brothers Laurette, James, both of Seattle, Harny of Alaska, Carl of Washington, Lawrence of Missouri.
