Round, square, oval or oblong - no matter what shape your face, a hat can make you prettier and pull together an outfit like no other accessory.
That's a truism that Minerva Smith-Jackson, owner of Minerva's Hat and Fashion Boutique, has been trading on for 25 years. That's how long she's been in the millinery business, 13 of them at her store at 2737 Welton St. in Five Points.
