BOULDER -- Speeders on Boulder streets soon could find themselves caught on film.
Next month, Boulder will deploy a photo-radar camera for a six-month experiment, joining Fort Collins in the use of the controversial technology that is attracting increased interest among Front Range cities.
Denver soon will begin a photo-radar program, and other Colorado cities are considering such a program.
Boulder City Council members authorized limited use of photo radar last year, but a contract with the company that will run the photo-radar system was not finished until last week. The camera ...
