For the record, John Madden and Pat Summerall believed the Broncos would be taking the field today in New Orleans.
Neither had an inkling that Jacksonville would upend Denver.
``I'm not very good at predicting things,'' Madden said. ``But I thought it would be Denver and Green Bay in the Super Bowl.
``I had a feeling, particularly at the end of that game, that maybe the Broncos thought they were going to the Super Bowl and were playing not to lose, rather than to attack and go out and whip Jacksonville.''
