DEROSE INDUSTRIES ANNOUNCES ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES

IRVING, Texas, June 20 /PRNewswire/ -- In addition to the announcement Friday, June 17, 1988, of the resignation of Victor A. DeRose as chairman and chief executive officer of DeRose Industries Inc., Jack E. Dahl, Carl F. Spickelmier, and Robert A. DeRose announced their resignations effective June 16, 1988, from the board of directors of DeRose Industries (AMEX: DRI). Robert A. DeRose was an advisory board member.

A. Keith Finley has been named the new chairman of the board and chief executive officer, in addition to his responsibilities as president and chief operating officer.
