NEW DELHI - Farmers are threatening suicide, but Yanni wants his concerts in front of the Taj Mahal to be a feel-good experience. ``I wanted to be one of the many people who wanted to stand up and send a message of unity,'' Yanni said. ``I think it will send a powerful message.'' The shows, which were scheduled for Thursday, Friday and Saturday, have sparked protests from conservationists who fear they will damage the delicate Taj Mahal.
