NEW YORK -- David J. Hare, a quiet but constant retail force in Colorado for three decades, will play a key role in the Ralph Lauren organization when the company goes public.
Polo Ralph Lauren Corp. Tuesday filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of stock that could raise as much as $600 million.
Hare, 52, has been a joint-venture partner with Lauren in Polo retail stores in Colorado and throughout the country, and an officer of the company since 1993. He will become group president of Polo Ralph Lauren Stores and one ...
