The FBI experts who testified Monday about explosives evidence are crucial to both prosecution and defense.
The prosecution needs them to link Timothy McVeigh to bomb-making.
The defense needs them to raise the possibility that McVeigh's clothing and other crucial evidence were contaminated by FBI crime lab specialists.
Much of Monday's focus was on a fragmented panel from the Ryder truck that allegedly carried the bomb.
