PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Pirates are supposed to be the laughingstock of the National League with their roster filled with inexperienced and low-paid personnel.
Lately, however, they have made a joke out of the self-proclaimed National League West contenders from Colorado.
The Pirates rallied for a 4-3 victory against the Rockies at Three Rivers Stadium on Thursday night, completing their second two-game sweep of Colorado in the past nine days.
