Dec. 5--NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y.--Buffalo Fuel Corp., a large privately-owned trucking company, will move its corporate headquarters and main terminal from Tonawanda to Niagara Falls next week and add about 50 new employees.
The trucking business is the main company in the Santarosa Group and currently employs 128 people.
The company started in Niagara Falls in 1953 and almost half of the employees still live in the Niagara Falls area, according to company president Salvatore "Sam" Santarosa.
"That's why we're moving back here," said Santarosa, who was born and raised in Niagara Falls and lives in Lewiston.
