MORGAN STANLEY GROUP OFFERS NOTES AND DEBENTURES
NEW YORK, June 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, as sole manager of a syndicate of underwriters, announced today the offering by Morgan Stanley Group Inc. (NYSE: MS) of $100 million of 9.80 percent notes due 1998 at 99.77 percent to yield 9.835 percent and $100 million of 10 percent debentures due 2008 at 99.50 percent to yield 10.058 percent. The 9.80 percent notes due 1998 are non- callable prior to June 15, 1995, and the 10 percent debentures due 2008 are non-callable prior to maturity.
