`Lizzie's Law' enactment likely

BOSTON - Massachusetts was expected this month to become the first state to enact a measure that would prohibit judges from requiring children to visit a parent who has killed the other parent, officials said Thursday.

Known as ``Lizzie's Law'' after the 3-year-old who witnessed the murder of her mother at her father's hands, the bill is expected to signed by Gov. William Weld.
