Would you believe . . . a sitcom?
``I laughed at the idea first, too,'' says Lunden, who initially turned down an offer to star in a series based loosely on her life. ``I told one of the producers, `I don't act, I've never acted, not even in a high school play.' '' (Well, there was that bit part as a saloon girl in the 1970 movie Macho Callahan, but who could blame her for forgetting that?)
