Who truly deserves our wrath here?

What does it mean to have ``dominion over your own womb'' and what are ``reproductive rights''? Though she never defines them in her Aug. 22 column (``Denial of abortions to poor is an outrage''), Stephanie Salter certainly wants them tied to tax dollars.

At first, ``dominion'' seemed an odd word to use. Dominion means to control or dominate a certain area. The government wasn't trying to invade anyone's womb here. But on second thought, it's the perfect word. It's the baby who's the invader here. So why isn't Salter angry at the womb-invading baby instead of the government?
